LANCE KELLEY is "the new guy". He auditioned for the band in early 2000, and has been around ever since. Lance is heavily influenced by Jaco, Ellington, and Mingus as well as Phil Lesh and studied locally with Peter Prince in the early 1990's (who drummer Tom Bollinger also used to be in a band with). Lance has a continually evolving side project affectionately called STINKBONE, and occasionally gets all tuxed up and plays in Murphs wedding band, BRASS ALLEY.
